Junior Business Analyst (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and marketing teams by analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends

• Conduct competitor research and contribute to strategic business planning
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and share insights
• Identify new growth opportunities and support customer acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, or sales support (internships count)
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand client and stakeholder requirements
• Willingness to work evenings based on North American time zones
• Interest in sales, content writing/blogging, and digital marketing
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Tableau is a plus
