Customer Supporter

Support global rental companies using AiRentoSoft by delivering excellent customer service and resolving operational queries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
• Assist clients with booking and fleet management issues
• Provide product guidance and onboarding support
• Escalate technical issues to development team when required
• Maintain clear documentation of support interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Working hours based on Canadian business hours (Night Shift)
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
• Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime if required
• Customer oriented mindset with positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
